What you do
Identify prospective buyers, understand their budget and requirements, register qualified leads, and coordinate introductions and follow-up through SBQ.
What SBQ provides
- Access to assigned, approved properties and projects.
- Current property information and approved sales materials.
- Onboarding and project briefings.
- Structured lead registration and attribution.
- Support with presentations, visits, negotiations, documentation and closing.
Commission
Earn 2% of the Final Discounted Purchase Price for each qualifying completed sale.
Commission and payment conditions
Commission excludes taxes, registration fees, service charges, furnishing, financing and other ancillary costs. Payment is subject to valid lead attribution, executed transaction documents, the required buyer payment milestone, SBQ receiving the corresponding commission, and complete agent invoicing, tax and payment documentation. Approved payments are processed within 15 business days after all applicable conditions are satisfied.
