01Strictly necessary
These are required for the site and dashboard to work and cannot be switched off from within the site.
- Session and authentication storage — keeps team members signed in to the SBQ dashboard. Set only after a successful login.
- Campaign attribution (session storage) — remembers which campaign or referrer brought you to the site so an enquiry can be attributed. Cleared when you close the tab.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated abuse. Set by Google when a form page loads.
02Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and services people are interested in. It records pages viewed, events such as form submissions, approximate location at city level and device type. We do not pass names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content to analytics.
- _ga, _ga_* — distinguish visitors and sessions. Typical lifetime up to 24 months.
03What we do not use
No advertising or retargeting pixels, no cross-site profiling, and no sale of behavioural data.
04Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop forms or the team dashboard from working. Enabling your browser’s “Do Not Track” or global privacy control signal does not stop us responding to an enquiry you have already sent.
